Ruba Hijazi

MENA REGIONAL MANAGER

Ruba is Response Innovation Lab’s Middle East and North Africa Regional Manager. She joined the RIL Central Support Unit in 2022 after a distinguished career inside Jordan’s social impact sector. As ICT4D Director at JOHUD, Jordan’s largest domestic NGO, she led the launch Jordan’s first network of social innovation labs. She has since worked for a leading impact design center (Parachute 16) and has been Managing Director for Belbio, a content-creation support startup.

Ruba holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship. She has been a Resident Fellow of the Goethe Institute’s Lab of the Future.
